For the 4th time in a row, the Clever Cubs School of N/a’an ku sê celebrated the successful 1st Graders school entries for 2015, on 21st October.

Hilma Kapewasha, the teacher of the pre-primary Clever Cubs School, proudly presented her 5 protégés who she has taken under her wing for the past years to prepare them for the main-stream schools in Windhoek.

Five young students have been accepted in the schools and as off next year these 5 students will join in with the other 18 older students catching a ride with the N/a’an ku sê School bus taking them to Windhoek every day.

The success quota of implementing the Clever Cubs to support mainly the San Community to enter main stream schools has been very high. We have children receiving awards recognising their high results and Hilma, a teacher for the past four years at the Clever Cubs school, recently received a certificate of Honor from the Namibian Ministry.

She was awarded a “Most Distinguished Order of Namibia 4th Class”, presented to her by President of Namibia Hifekepunye Pohamba personally.

N/a’an ku sê is very proud to have Hilma at the Clever Cubs and says Thank You for her continuous efforts and support.
