March 27, 2013A brand new Executive Committee for the Tourist Guides Association of Namibia was nominated and approved at the annual general meeting of the Tourist Guides Association of Namibia on March 16th.
The new committee assures guides, stakeholders and the public that they will continue to advocate for responsible guiding and uphold their Code of Conduct to ensure the growth of the Association.
The new members of the committee are as follows:
Tommie Britz, Meke Imbili (Secretary), Rolf Heinrich, Fausten Kupasula, Paulo de Oliveira, Kurt Schlenther (Chairperson), Waltraut Fritzsche, Gudrun Middendorff (Treasurer), Danica Smith (Vice-Chairperson), Armin Jagdhuber, Werner Schlierkamp and Hugo Haussmann.

Thanks for info. We used to get Travel News Namibia now it has stopped. We would like to get it again. We have a group coming to Namibia from 9th to 15th Dec and are looking for freelance tour guides.
