The annual Omaruru Artists trail, which brings together a large variety of Namibian artists demonstrating their crafts and sharing their skills with the public, will kick off on Friday, 20th September with the official opening taking place at the Kristall Kellerei. 

The emphasis this year is on artists demonstrating and teaching their learnt crafts by involving visitors who can walk away with an artists cap. 

This year’s event will offer the following: 

There will be active artists throughout Omaruru who will be demonstrating jewellery making, beading, up-cycling, recycling, marble sculpting, quilting, cutting and polishing of semi-precious stones.

We also have exhibitions of Oil Paintings and Sketches, Childrens Drawings, Sculptures, Cardboard Prints, Photography, Video Installation of Land Art, Ceramic, Pottery and Leather Products.
