A conservation documentary series that follows the heroes behind the causes – The Last Defenders.


Beautiful vistas come together with passionate scientists and tireless defenders of our environment in a show that explores the successes and the actions done to preserve and conserve the wilderness.

Travelling to the source of great conservation work in Namibia and Africa, interviewing the people who tirelessly work to defend our environment, The Last Defenders, is conservation documentary series that explores the intricacies of the work done in conservation.

Each episode will focus on a species, NGO, conservationist, community or initiative, and their/its role in the greater conservation ecosystem. Viewers will be inspired by the passion and commitment of the people behind the scenes in conservation, the last defenders.

Through conversations with people in the field, scientists and community members, we are taken on a journey to not only understand the important work done in conservation, but to also learn more about the environment, the ecosystem and the role that each species plays with the great context of the wild.
