FRESH BERRY COMPOTE

750 g strawberries, blackberries and raspberries

30 ml castor sugar

60 ml Grand Marnier

5 ml grated orange rind

375 ml sparkling apple juice

Cover and refrigerate for 3 hours, stirring occasionally.
